Speaker Phone

I love it when a customer has to put me on speaker phone because they can't type and hold the phone at the same time. Mostly they can't look at the keyboard to hunt for keys and hold the phone at the same time.

*Update - this customer kept me on the phone for 100 minutes and 45 seconds. It was painful but I learned something interesting...the minute counter on my phone can't handle triple digits. It rolled over after 99 minutes.
