Leska and Tommy, friends in Texas, opened a new bar. It's called Ozzie Rabbit Lounge and they just got a write-up in the paper. You can guarantee this is where I'll be hanging out over the Thanksgiving holidays.

Home Sweet Home

I'm back in Phoenix after spending the weekend in Dallas. It was a WONDERFUL weekend. I got to see my boyfriend, my family, my boyfriend's family, and our friends. There's more to share but I'm drowning in work today. Just glad to be home.

Still Alive

I'm still around though you'd hardly know it based on my site. Sorry to be neglecting you all. (And myself! I'm going to regret not keeping better track of the past few weeks because they have been wonderful!) Sushi Dinner

Tonight's dinner was out of styrofoam. I ate in the hotel room. I needed a break just to be by myself. I feel good and am ready to face the world again.

I was behind this car last week and noticed the license plate - IT MTRS. My first thought was that "IT matters." IT like Information Technology. Then it occurred to me that I might be missing the message completely. What do you think it means?

Busy

Things are busy here. Summer visited Phoenix this past weekend. Chris visited the weekend before that. I am having a great time and am so thankful for the wonderful people in my life! I'm traveling for work this week and am so busy staying on top of everything (or at least trying to). It's exciting when life moves at this kind of pace. I just can't do it forever. October is a busy month!

Zedonk Family

Email from Ragan - "A friend's parents have a ranch in SW TX. They have Zebras, Donkeys and all other kinds of stuff. They have been trying to breed the Zebras, but the male prefers the female donkeys.....now they have Zedonks! They're kinda cute too!"

I swear I thought this was a joke, but I know Ragan and know she's telling the truth. Who knew zebras and donkeys would have such cute babies?

Cameron recently wrote about a whole series of websites and links that eventually brought him full circle.

Today I had a similar experience. I looked through Luke's pictures on Flickr and saw this. It struck me as very strange. Then a little later I saw this picture on Andrea's (Superhero Designs) journal.
