There's a sign at the park that says, "No loitering," along with a bunch of other rules (like "Dogs must be kept on a leash"). But it's the "No loitering" rule which really throws me off. The definition of loitering is "to stand idly about; linger aimlessly. " I didn't realize that the city expected you to stay busy while you were at the park. I thought it was all about lingering aimlessly among nature. But what do I know?
