Holy Cow, Someone's Demonstrating at Tech!

It's really great to see an article about students protesting the anti-homosexuality article that was published in Tech's student newspaper. I congratulate everyone who got out there and did something! It's very exciting to see a group of people who feel so strongly about an issue that they are moved to action. Wish I could have been there!

Yeah... it's too bad the writer specified/labeled the protestors as 'mostly from the theater department', though. This little bit of 'classification' doesn't help them inform people to forget the labels, now does it. Damn the media!

unfortunately, though, despite the fact that the protestors maybe shouldn't have been labelled as "mostly from the theater department," it was a correct statement. everyone quoted in the article is a theater/fine arts major/grad student.
