Gas Pump

At the gas station today, I noticed they have monitors above the pump advertising all of the tantilizing things you can get inside the convenience store. Wouldn't it be cool to hack into the system and display whatever you want?

that screen would be perfect for max headroom. he could keep the lonely pumper some company while subliminally advertising coca-cola. or maybe max could lip sync the station attendant when communicating over the intercomm.

When you slide your credit card.. it can ask you.. "do you want a car wash?" "how about a short movie?"
